We have no problem replacing your memory modules for you, but if possible we would like to try and fix the problem for you first. Can you tell me what type of motherboard/system you are running, the CPU Front Side Bus speed (if you know it) and a brief explanation of the problem you are getting and where you are seeing this issue occur? Thank you for your patience in this matter, looking forward to your reply.

I first added the stick to an Asus a7v333 that needed more ram and started to get random blue screens. I then proceeded to reboot the PC and ran MemTest86 which returned errors. I took the ram out ran MemTest86 again without any issues. I then proceeded to add a different VS512MB400 and the system has been running stable ever since. I then took the stick that was causing the blue screen of death and added it to a Compaq dx5150 just to test and started to receive random blue screen of death.
