Problems with USB Flash Voyager

I have 2 problems with my USB Flash Voyager


The first problem is that when i connect the device to my computer and other computers i alsways get the following error:


A HI-SPEED USB device is plugged into a non-HI-SPEED USB hub


While all the computers have USB 2.0 ports and motherboards. In the beginning i did not recieved this error.


The device is also verry slow, i already did an format on the device but it did not help.


The second problem is that i lost the cap of the USB Flash Voyager, where can i get a new one?


Thank you veryy much in advance.


p.s: does it mather that i life in the netherlands if an RMA is going to be taken place?
