Wired
memtest doesn't fix problems, and yes, it's a global warrany. What CPU / FSB / Motherboard do you have? What's the specs of the non-corsair memory? What is the exact revision # of each stick? Is it a TwinX pack? How To Read the Memory Label Click here to find out how you can add your system specs to your profile and posts! Wired
yes, the specs of the non-corsair are definitely necessary! You're comparing them, but w/o knowing what the specs are, it's impossible to say WHY they're working. You may be running the whole system at half speed with them, which could mean that it's not the memory at all, but the CPU.
