the question is if this configuration will work with no problems, of course if have done my home lessons and i check the Corsair Configuartor, it says it will, but there is a little mistake be cause it says K9N Platinum works on nforce 550 chipset what is obviously wrong, the next thing is TWIN2X2048-6400 has SPD programed at 5-5-5-12 values and so far i know the K9N Platinum just recognize 5-5-5-15 values at first start and there was many problems to get to POST on OCZ memories what are programmed at 5-5-5-12 values...

just curious customer ;)

Hi i have tried these setting on my msi board but no joy. It simply will not boot with both stick installed works ok in single channel.

I did notice that msi says the memory is recommended and working using bios 1.2 but the current customer version is 1.1.

There are several settings that aren't listed in your recommended what settings do i use for:

row to row delay (TRRD)

row cycle time (TRC)

Bank interleaving (enabled/disabled?)

cmd-addr timing mode (2t or 1T?)

software memory hole remapping (enabled/disabled?)

thanks for your help.

i decided and so far i am happy with that configuration...

everything what i have changed is:

CAS: 5

RAS to CAS: 5

RAS Precharg: 5

Cycle time: 12

Command Rate: 1T

Bank interleaving: Enabled

Voltage: 2.1V

DDR2 Clock was set automaticaly to 800 MHz

Software memory hole remapping disabled be cause it is usefull only with more than 2GB ram i think so...

thanks for advice :)
