Ok i posted here a week or 2 ago about some problems i was having with a module i purchased. Well RAM GUY replied to my thread asking for information then saying to send an RMA app. Well its been a week since I did that, also i sent an email to Warranty@corsairmemory.com with the specified information with not 1 thing back. So whats next?

I am sorry about that, would you email me your information at ramguy@corsairmemory.com so I can see if there was some issue with our firewall? Please put ATT: Ram Guy and the link to this post.

Did you get this resolved by the way?

 

Our Customer Service hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
