Computer fails to POST.

Recommended Posts

Yesterday (6/11/2006) my computer failed to POST. The last time this happened, I had a bad stick of RAM. Corsair replaced the stick and all has been well until yesterday. How can I tell if my RAM is bad?

System specs:

Abit NF 7S motherboard

AMD Anthalon 2800+ processor

1 gb Corsair RAM (2 x 512)

Floppy, DVD rom, CD RW

80 gb EIDE hard drive

nVidia 6800+ video card

Creative Audigy 2 sound card

Windows XP sp2 operating system.

BIOS settings are unchanged from Abit's default settings. My BIOS is updated through version 24. As I can't get into the BIOS, I cannot give you any further information.
