Need RMA for Corsair TWINX2048RE-3200

I have 2 sets + 1 spare of the Corsair TWINX2048RE-3200 2GB Kit DDR400 XMS3200 ECC Registered Memory.

Two sets (4gb total) have been running fine for 4 months now and today it started to crash with the following error :

CPU0: Machine Check Exception: 4 Bank 4: d000400000000863
TSC 423c88b7c1
CPU0: Machine Check Exception: 4 Bank 4: b603200100000813
TSC 423c88bdd3 ADDR 5fd6bfe0
Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine check

Running that through mcelog gave the following:

[root@host ~]# /usr/sbin/mcelog --k8 --ascii  <mce.txt
CPU 0 4 northbridge TSC 7021852fa
 Northbridge ECC error
 ECC syndrome = 0
      bit46 = corrected ecc error
      bit62 = error overflow (multiple errors)
 bus error 'local node origin, request didn't time out
     prefetch mem transaction
     memory access, level generic'
STATUS d000400000000863 MCGSTATUS 4

[root@host ~]# /usr/sbin/mcelog --k8 --ascii  <mce2.txt
CPU 0 4 northbridge TSC 70218535ce
 Northbridge ECC error
 ECC syndrome = 6
      bit32 = err cpu0
      bit45 = uncorrected ecc error
      bit57 = processor context corrupt
      bit61 = error uncorrected
 bus error 'local node origin, request didn't time out
     generic read mem transaction
     memory access, level generic'
STATUS b603200100000813 MCGSTATUS 4

I have tried lowering Memory Clock speeds and it did not help. My tech replaced the memory near CPU0 with the spare and everything works again. Looks like bad memory to me. Would this be good enough for an RMA or do we have to do more tests?

Please load setup/optimized defaults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.

I cannot test it since it is on a production server and I don't have a spare mobo. I've already tested it with a slower memclock and cas setting. Besides, there is no voltage modification on the mobo.
