My Flash Voyager2GB works perfectly...

... on any other computer except mine!


All I get is "New hardware found" (USB-hub), and then "Please provide drivers for this new hardware". No drivers are found and the unit does not show up in system.

All other USB-devices including my old pendrive works.


I've tested everything I can imagine to get it to work but to no avail. If you have any idea, please tell me! I rather not want to reinstall my system.


Flash Voyager Utility does not start when unit is in place.


XP pro SP2.

Please call our Tech Support at 1-800-205-7657 when you are in front of your system and we can try and help you solve the problem. Our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
