What application are you using and where or under what tab are looking under? I would suggest CPU-Z and you have to look under the memory tab to set the settings its running at not the SPD tab.

In the ImageShack screen shots, Cpu-z doesn't report any values under the shot of the memory tab, other than the amount of ram, 2048; the other items are greyed out. Everest reports timings of 2-3-3-7, Memory Bus-133.9mhz, Dram/FSB ratio-1:1, cpu clock-2410Mhz, cpu multiple-18.0x, cpu FSB-133.9mhz,

Yes I would suggest +.2 Volts with almost any Gigabyte MB, and there has been a few models now that have the same or similar issue with the timings not running properly when set manually. It’s a Bios issue and the MB maker would need to address it!
