t_ski
I have a DFI NF4 Ultra D that I'm using with two 1GB sticks of Value Series with Samsung UCCC chips.. I've been able to get these sticks over 250 FSB without an issue, but of course I want more. My goal is ~273 FSB, which would put my Opty 148 @ 3.0GHz. Currently I am only able to get these up to around 260. I've tried a few variables, but I've run these mostly at the following settings: 11-14 BIOS 2.6v +.03v 200 enable 3 4 8 4 7, 11, or 12 11, 15, or 24 2 2 2 3 3684, 4708 or 3120 enable off 0 Auto <---not sure where to start Auto <---not sure where to start 8 normal 5 256 enable 16x 7x disable Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ;)
t_ski
The best I've been able to do so far is at the following settings: 200 MHz 1:1 1T CAS 3 TRCD 4 TRAS 8 TRP 4 TRC 7 TRFC 14 TRRD 2 TWR 2 TWTR 2 TRWT 3 TREF 4196 TWCL 1 DRAM Interleave: disable DQS Skew : auto DQS Strength 0 DRAM Data Strength 7 DRAM Drive Strength 3 ASync auto Response: normal Preamble auto Idle Cycles 256 Dynamic Counter: enable R/W 16 Bypass 7 32 Byte Granularity: disable I can get up to about 270, however I get lockups at that point.
