bobcornonthecob Posted May 30, 2006 Share Posted May 30, 2006 RMA#: R120473 I RMA'd and sent back my drive a month ago and I still haven't received a replacement or heard anything back. I have been sending emails including the tracking number as proof it was received by the RMA Department and signed by someone named Stalwell. In addition to all this I planned on purchasing a 4.0GB USB Flash Voyager drive from newegg. I thought it would be in my best interest to see what kind of Customer Service response I would recieve from Corsair on my 1G before dumping 100 dollars down the drain on the 4GB. I never know, I could have the same problems with the 4G drive. I look forward to making the purchase and I'll hold out a little bit longer before making a decision, but right now it's not looking good. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
