RMA'd. Sent back. No Response, No Replacement.

RMA#: R120473

 

I RMA'd and sent back my drive a month ago and I still haven't received a replacement or heard anything back. I have been sending emails including the tracking number as proof it was received by the RMA Department and signed by someone named Stalwell.

 

In addition to all this I planned on purchasing a 4.0GB USB Flash Voyager drive from newegg. I thought it would be in my best interest to see what kind of Customer Service response I would recieve from Corsair on my 1G before dumping 100 dollars down the drain on the 4GB. I never know, I could have the same problems with the 4G drive. I look forward to making the purchase and I'll hold out a little bit longer before making a decision, but right now it's not looking good.

Your RMA was received on the 25th. but there seems to be some issue with the RMA and Customer Service is looking into it now. I would expect the new drive with in the next week.
