oxo
Hi folks, this is my first posting. I have just purchased my first digi camera with a 1GB SD memory card which works fine, so decided to buy a backup card which is Corsair Secure Digital SD flash media card 133X, but on inserting it into the camera it comes up on the screen (faulty card) my camera is the new Panasonic DMC TZ1, knowing just about nothing about memory cards or digi camera's, I am wondering if there are different SD cards for different camera's, or could it be just a faulty card. Sorry to be such a dim wit.
Mitch808
It's very possible that it's a faulty card. If one card works in said camera, and another doesn't. Then it's not the camera more then likley. It's either incompatible, or not functioning. Return it, and jsut get another. Things like these happen, these cards are mass produced, and like all electronics, you get a dud every now and then. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 25, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 25, 2006 No worries and I would try the new SD card in a computer card reader and format it then test it again in the camera to be sure. Also please check that you have the latest firmware for your camera!
