RAM lost?

So i send it to the given adress at 18.042006. My parcel service mean it takes one week to arrive. But till now i don´t get e-mail that ram is arrived or the rams back. I´m a german how much time it take when your company ships back to germany?

I do show the modules were received but new modules have not been shipped for some reason.

Please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" and I am sure they will help you get it sorted out.
