Flash Voyager

I have a 4gb flash voyager, and the USB connector broke off of the unit. I have already requested an RMA number. But I have one question. I do have soldering skills, If I try to resolder a connector back onto the device to get my (very critical) data off of the device, will that action void my warrenty?

Please call our Tech Support at 1-800-205-7657 when you are in front of your system and we can try and help you solve the problem. Our hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. And we will be happy to help you, or reply to the email you got from customer sercice and ask them.
