3 weeks still no word on memory sent in for warranty

I sent a pair of 1g sticks in for warranty. 1 stick was bad after running memtest the other ok. I haven't heard a word or received any replacement memory. It's been 3 weeks since it was sent in. My PC took went down and had to format my drives so I am unable to retrieve my case number, however I do have my RMA #. Is there any way of tracking it with the RMA #?
