Bad module

Hello Ram Guy,

 

I have a VS512MB400 module that I purchased 04/14/2006 (2 modules).

I have many errors in Memtest on 1 module (the second module is OK)

I have use (04/27/2006) the On Line RMA Request Form but I don’t receive a response within 24 hours.

I’m French, it’s a probleme ?

The Ticket/Post ID is 0611113-0-707380

You can help me ?

I would try your reseller and see if they will let you return the set of modules and or replace them. If not, you should get a reply with in the next few hours, if not; please either call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" or follow the link in my signature "If you have submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply!"
