I have many errors in Memtest on 1 module (the second module is OK) I have use (04/27/2006) the On Line RMA Request Form but I don’t receive a response within 24 hours. I’m French, it’s a probleme ? If not, you should get a reply with in the next few hours, if not; please either call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" or follow the link in my signature "If you have submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply!"
