i have this System:

 

X²3800

DFI Ultra-D

TwinX2048-4000PT

 

Stick 1+2 in yellow or orange slots 250 1:1 @3-4-4-8-2,7v/2,8v errors (memtest/test8)

Stick 1+2 in yellow or orange slots 200 1:1 @3-3-3-8-2,6v no errors

 

Stick 1 in Slot 1 at 250 1:1 no errors (memtest 5 passes test 8)

Stick 2 in Slot 1 at 250 1:1 no errors

 

i tried with 623-2, 623-3, 704-2BT/BTA, 11/14/05 all the same

 

now i have tried 2 Sticks in orange on 9:10 divider 265/240@3-4-4-8-2,7v and they are 9h-Primestable (i stopped it)

so next i will try at 270/243

 

i guess i have a bad memory controller which is not stable at 250 in dualchannel or what do you mean?

I would suggest testing the modules in another MB to be sure but it sounds like its a problem with the MB and or MB bios.

unfortunately i dont have the option to test on another MB :(:

We can try replacing the modules for you, but personally I would see if a friend can help you test the modules in another make of MB to be sure, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them or it.

How long would it take to replace them

I am not sure because of customs and shipping, but once they are recieved we will send replacment modules back 2 or 3 day UPS, I would suspect about 1-2 weeks depending on how you ship them to us. But I would suggest asking youe reseller as they might be able to help you as well.
