Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 17, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 17, 2006 Please load setup/optimized defaults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings manually to "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. donisys
I appreciate the fast service but now my box wigs out with all 4 modules installed. Seems as though the new stick is not compatible. In auto with 4 sticks in it goes 333 - 3.4.4.8 and will NOT run at 400! AHHHH! lol. Anyway, I need some advice on this as I can only run 2 sticks of my old VS now on my Asus A8N-SLI Premium AMD 3500+ system.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 15, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 15, 2006 That depends on the core of the CPU you have, I would suggest DDR333 at 2T Command Rate with 4 modules!
