Just a bit of positive feedback; I would like to thank Jackflash and Eric A at Corsair for being so cool and sending me a replacement cap just days after I sent a cold-call email requesting one.

 

I know it's a little thing but this kind of service really impresses me and now apart from the fact that Voyager Flash RAM is awesome, I can now recommend Voyager, for customer service reasons also.
