tomfly
Support told me on the phone that I need to change DDR volts from 2.5 to 2.75 to support my TwinX2048RE-3200. ASUS statest that the MB does not have the option to change the voltage, but that the MB will supply the voltage to the memory as needed up to the 2.75. System is very slow................ What are me options? Your department suggested that I purchase CM72SD1024RLP-3200 Will I need 4 sticks to equal what I have now? 2-twinx2048RE-3200? Tks, Tom
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 31, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 31, 2006 Yes but I would test the modules one set at a time with http://www.memtest.org and lets make sure one of your modules is not failing. These modules should be able to run at default voltage provided by the MB.
