CompuHandy
Hello, A few months ago, I submitted a post about problems with a 2GB SD Card. Since then, I've had to move and have not been able to get it replaced by the retailer. The original post was number 224356. The problem was: I formatted the card in a digital camera and then it would only show up as having a capacity of 954MB. We tried many different things, including reformatting in a new card reader in a high-end desktop, using different file systems, and nothing worked. You finally said "Let's get it replaced", and that is what I would like to do. What do I need to do? I know it has been a few months, and I'm sorry about taking so long, but I think I'm still well within the warranty period. Please let me know. CompuHandy
Hello Again, I filled out the RMA request on 4-6 and thought I would have received a response by now. Does it normally take a long time, or did it get overlooked, or is there something I need to do? Please let me know. Thanks, Isaac

Alphonse
I've just solved the problem myself. The problem is only on the card reader's driver. I updated my driver and now the device is working perfectly well.
