Twinx 2048 4000pt fails test 8 with 16errors on the first pass so far. Voltage is set at 2.75 cpu is clocked down and ldt is clocked down. ram is running at 250mhz in dual channel

UPDATE: Passed in 2T, failed in 1T this is Dan btw. i called earlier

anyone have a clue what i can do to run it at 1T? or should i just overclock the extra 20mhz to make up for the fact that at 2T its like running DDR460~480

Passed 1T with 2.6v..... man this is so confusing

When i have my system clocked at 2.5ghz the memory won't run at 250 1t with 2.6v, should i get my CPU replaced or something?

Passed 1T with 2.6v @ 250 with cpu at 2.5ghz... lol mkkay maybe its something with my K8-NB and NB-SB settings.

yea this board is quirky i'm thinking. i just upped K8-NB and NB-SB back to 1000 and i'm getting errors again.... i guess its a mobo issue. not really sure how those being at 1000 is a problem though, unless maybe its drawing too much power?

Could it be that my UltraXFinity 500w isn't good enough?

CPU FSB 250 (x10 Multi)

NB to SB 200

VCore 1.5~1.52

VDimm 2.6 (I've tried a bunch, this seems the most stable)

K8 to NB x 4

NB to SB x 5

Memory Clock 200/200

3-4-4-8 1T and trying 2T as well.

When i clocked the Memory WAY WAY down, 100/200 The computer is 100% stable at these speeds. As soon as i bring it up it starts getting errors. I also noticed if i ever try to use 216/200 or 233/200 or 250/200 i get ALOT more errors, even if i lower the FSB so that those settings make the ram run at 250

The CPU is 100% stable at its current speed which makes me wonder why the ram can't seem to keep up when its not even being overclocked. I just don't understand

Please try these settings.

CPU FSB 250 (x10 Multi)

NB to SB 200

VCore 1.5~1.52 I would try 1.6 On your CPU VCore

VDimm 2.6 (I've tried a bunch, this seems the most stable)

K8 to NB x 4

NB to SB x 4At 5X you are running it at 1250 MHz and this should not go over 1100 Mhz.

Memory Clock 200/200

3-4-4-8 1T and trying 2T as well.
