ckao84 Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 When I put in this ram chip into my dell inspiron 1200, i frequently get a blue screen (i.e. page fault, memory error, etc.) when i start up my windows xp. every about 1 in 4 tries, i can load into windows. when i take out the ram chip, there is no problem. my module # is vs512sds333. the blue screen is many times a different screen. my dell model is an inspiron 1200. However, I have no problem replacing the module if you want to try that. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!
