HW2006
I just bought a 2Gb SD card for my Treo 700w and with nothing on it, it is showing that I only have 950Mb of space available! Is there a way to get access to the entire 2Gb or have I received a bad card?
Wired
Who makes the card? Try it in other devices. Is the Treo capable of seeing 2 GB?
HW2006
Who makes the card? Try it in other devices. Is the Treo capable of seeing 2 GB? The card is made by CORSAIR. I put it in the card reader on my desktop and it is only showing 950Mb available there as well. I tried running a check for errors and also reformatting and it still only shows 950Mb...seems like a bad card!
HW2006
The SD module I got is a Corsair CMFSD133-2Gb module that I purchased refurbished from Newegg. They say the module was refurbed by Corsair and they offer a 15-day refund warranty on it. It seems that if this memory is defective then I should be able to get a replacement from Corsair. Windows shows that 1Gb of the memory is being used even though nothing is showing up on the card. Thanks for your recommendations!
