jawz0414
Running two Value Select 512MB sticks in an Asus P4P800S. They came as a pair in a 1GB kit. One of the sticks is bad. Ran memtest several times, and the only time I get errors is when the bad stick is in. Have eliminated the slot, board, and other stick. Windows locks up all the time, and I get constant blue screen errors whenever the bad stick is in the system. I am a seasoned technician and can assure you there's nothing you can walk me through that will fix this stick. I'd like to get both sticks swapped, as I have a feeling the second one is probably not too far behind. At a minimum I need to get the bad stick swapped. Please let me know how to proceed with the RMA process. Thank you. -James
