Please try these settings and work your way up but lower the multiplier and relax the timings as you go up.

CPU Freq: 166 MHz

System Performance: User Define

Memory Frequency: 100%

Dim Voltage to 2.8 Volts

Resulting Frequency: 166MHz

Memory Timings: Manual/User Define

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 5T

i did as u said and used the settings u gave me for some more testing, i started at 166mhz with 3-8-8-15 timings and 2,8v(on my abit nearly 3,0v). the results are that i get nothing above 165mhz memtest or primestable, no matter at wich timings 2-3-3-5 / 2,5-3-3-11 / 3-8-8-15.

if i tried to set te fsb at 200 it was very hard to get windows to boot, bluescreens everywhere.
