vgatchaman
I have used this ram for a while but it recently started to give me errors. It got to the point where I started to receive constant ram errors which eventually led to a dead module. Whenever the module is plugged in (doesn't matter which slot) the computer will not start. I've tried to arrange the sticks in my computer to isolate the fault ram module and I found this one module to be the culprit. Here is the information of the faulty ram module: Corsair XMS 256MB PC3200 CMX256A-3200 400MHz XMS3200v4.1 I forgot to mention that I have another faulty stick from before which I never RMA'd but would like to. It had the same kinds of problems as the first one. Corsair XMS 256MB PC3200 CMX256A-3200C2 400MHz XMS3202v3.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 23, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 23, 2006 You cannot mix these two modules. You know that right? Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
