FLYBOY611
I really need some help here. As seen in the thread I've got a Asus P5LD2 Deluxe board with Corsair DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) and the system won't even POST, nothing appears on the screen. I tried re-seating everything and moving around the RAM stick but nothing works. Is my RAM incompatible or am I just not doing something right? I'm building the computer for my father and could really use some help.:D:
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 21, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 21, 2006 Please try the modules one at a time to see if its a failing module. But if the system will not post with either module I would supect some other problem, CPU or MB.

Is there anyway I can check to see if this 1GB stick is bad. I don't have anyother DDR2 Motherboards or DDR2 RAM to put in its place.
Tartuffe
I do not know which version you have? I had the same problem with the XMS2-5400 v1.2. Apparement one needs a version 6.0 or superior. :sigh!:
