jll
Intel D865PERL mobo with 2x512MB Corsair VS512MB400. One of the memory module fails memtest86 v3.2 at a single memory address, 0x19C3E6B0 (412.8MB), regardless of the BUS frequency or RAM latency. Changing memory BANK/SLOT didn't fix problem. Test we done at default voltage : D865PERL BIOS has no voltage settings whatsoever, except for hardware monitoring:sigh!: What now? PS: is this a common or uncommon defect among bad DDR?
