praetorian-
One of the modules from my 1GB kit (TWINX1024-3200C2) is defective. It worked fine at 200mhz, 2-4-3-6 timings on 2.8v for roughly a year and a half. Increasingly bad crashes led me to the defective module. I ran Memtest86 and got roughly 3,000 errors within 5 minutes. I tried each module individually in all three slots to identify the bad stick (and rule out a bad motherboard). I get massive Memtest86 errors whenever the module in question is present in the system. Please do whatever it is you do so that I can get this issue resolved. edit: I forgot to mention that once the bad module was identified I tried all sorts of different settings and all produced errors. I gave up when I tried it at 2.9v, 166mhz, 2.5-3-3-6 timings and it still produced errors.
