Odyth
i ran memtest 86+ on my computer last night when i went to bed and it passed 12 times and failed 1 and it gave the bad memory address in red. i was wondering if this means i have a bad module or did the test produce a false negative? is there another test i can run to double check this before i send it under warrenty. my module is cmx512-3200c2pt xms3200

In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 18, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 18, 2006 You should disable legacy USN in the bios when running any memory test and I would set the memory voltage to 2.75 Volts as well then please test them again.
