nitewater
I own two of these sticks. I have one in my machine that has exact same specs as the one in my hand: CMX512-3200LLPT XMS3205v1.1 My computer will boot when I use one of them. If I put the second stick in the computer, it still recognizes only 512MB of RAM. If I pull out the first stick and replace it with the supposedly bad stick, the computer will not boot up at all. When I put my original RAM back into the machine, the machine boots up fine. Considering that they are the exact same part and my machine will work with one but not the other, I'm pretty sure this confirms my allegations of a faulty stick. So, I guess I need one of these postID thingy's to return the stick to Corsair.
