memory failing Memtest86+ test 6

I purchased Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2PT 1GB DDR400 XMS3200 in June of '05. Started getting weird windows errors so i ran Memtest86+, and started getting errors in test 6 around the 101 mb range. I tried running the sticks one at a time, one stick passed the tests with no errors, the other failed again in test 6 at around the 108mb range (test 6 supposedly isnt very exact in where errors occur). I tried swapping memory slots, to rule out any sort of bad memory slot, the one stick still fails test 6 every time. This was happening originally with stock settings, increasing voltage has not had any effect. It also has been failing test 4 intermittently around the 108mb point as well. Any further ideas for a resolution are welcome. Thank you.

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have (Cass 2-3-2-6 with the Rass to Cass set to "3"), and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

set the voltage to 2.75, and voltages set to the suggested settings but it didnt help, legacy USB support is disabled, but that didnt help either.

As for errors with both modules, only one is getting errors. If i use the module that seems to be good, it runs all memtest tests perfectly. if i use the one i think has a problem, it fails both test 4 and test 6 at around the 108mb area, regardless of voltage, or memory timings.
