cotswoldcs
When I insert my fairly new 2Gb flash drive into the USB slot nothing happens! My other 1Gb flash drive (also a Corsair) works fine as do other USB devices. I have tried several times on different computers with the same effect. I am certain it is dead. Can you issue me with a number so that I can RMA the item. What packaging should I send (I still have everything)??? Many thanks Peter Richards

cotswoldcs
Thanks - I will RMA the faultly device. Just one question still: What packaging should I send (I still have everything)??? I am shipping from the UK - do you require all the original packaging, CDs etc? It would be easier and cheaper to send just the Flash drive if that's OK (well packaged of course). Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 11, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 11, 2006 You only need to send the drive. But I think if you send it to your reseller you may need to send everything.
