LiquidB
Hi There, I recently bought two flash voyagers 512MB from Komplett.ie, the one I kept for myself no longer works. It will not let me copy data to it. It tells me the disk is not formatted. Then when I try to format it, it won't let me! "Windows was unable to complete the format" Sometimes after following your suggestions in the FAQ it will leave me view whats on the device but will not leave me copy it or move it. The other one however works a treat for the person I gave it to! Hope you can help!

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 9, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 9, 2006 Please try and format your Flash Voyager with Corsair EZ-Recover Utility. Please note; this will not recover Data; it’s made to recover the FAT table for the Flash drive. There are some third party utilities available that may help you if you have some data you need to recover from this site.

LiquidB
Hi There, After running EzRecovery....I cannot copy data to the drive "Cannot create or replace class-use data error (cyclic redundancy check)" And now the capacity of my Flash Voyager is only reading 247MB whereas it was 512MB Cheers
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 12, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 12, 2006 I would try and format it again with the Corsair EZ-Recover Utility and then formart it with windows to make sure its reading it correctly. If that still fails then lets get it replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or *New* Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
