crushere Posted December 25, 2005 Share Posted December 25, 2005 I have asus k8v se deluxe with a64 3200+ and i bought 2 sticks of vs512mb400 corsair (512mb), when i put this memory in my motherboard bios cracks every few min to few ours 5-6 tops. Before i bought this memory i had 1 stick of 512 ddr 400mhz infineon and computer worked fine but i need more memory now... When i pluge in corsair sticks i move out old stick so only corsair sticks are in... Some guys said that i try move up voltage form 2.5 to 2.6 or 2.7... What do you think? O i youst remember that i update bios to 1008.02 so it must be memory issue... plz help , sry for bad eng :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

crushere Posted January 2, 2006 Author Share Posted January 2, 2006 Hi its me again :( I put my voltage on 2.8 and now my computer crashes after serval min and sometime says bad bios checksum, plz help, i try to put my voltage on 2.7 but same problem... My memory sticks are ok, i test them with http://www.memtest.org 10 times and no erors... Can my power suplay be reason for this problem or something alse?
