Benihana
I have 3 sticks of 512MB XMS PC2700 LLPT, all running at there default settings in the BIOS, after installing these sticks on my Asus A8N, i found that it would only work with 2 of the modules installed in the 1st and 3rd slot i.e running in dual channel. Whenever I had just one module or all 3 in the pc would not boot. I ran memtestx86 and it gave me the results in the jpg attached, whilst i realise the results dont always mean the ram is at fault i thought it may give you an indication of whats wrong. Thanks very much for your help. Ben

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 22, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 22, 2005 With this MB you can use 1, 2, or 4 modules but not three. In addition, please set the memory voltage to 2.7 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org.
