Gigabyte GA-8I848P-L and double-sided RAM

I have a Gigabyte GA-8I848P-L motherboard and currently run a generic 512Mb (PC3200, 400Mhz, 2.5-3-3-8) memory.

The other day I bought a pair of matching Corsair 2 X 512Mb Value Select memory sticks (VS1Gb400Kit PC3200, 400Mhz, 2.5-3-3-8), which I should be receiving tomorrow.

But I just read my motherboard manual and only just found out that I can only have run a maximum of two double-sided sticks.

As the 2 X 512 mb sticks, as well as my current generic stick (I'm assuming all 512Mb RAM are double-sided), are all double-sided, does that mean I'll have to take out my generic stick and only run the two Corsair sticks? And if I try to run all three sticks at the same time, will it damage my computer or give me memory errors?
