ASUS P4P800 with best Corsair

I have an ASUS P4P800 currently with just a Corsair CMX512-3200C2 v1.2. My processor is an Intel P4 with 800MHz FSB

Using the Memory Guide on the Corsair Website I got an option for the best overclocking: TWINX2048-4000PT, the lowest latency: TWINX2048-3500LLPRO, and the most popular: TWINX2048-3200C2.

Then, looking through my ASUS manuel, and the ASUS website and some of the other threads here, I was left a little confused.

I might be have this wrong but I don't the TWINX2048-4000PT would work with my system because it has a memory frequency of 500MHz and I would need at least a CPU FSB of 1000MHz not 800MHz to support the DDR memory frequency. Is that right?

Then I saw on the ASUS website that my motherboard only supports using one pair of modules at a time, so I wouldn't be able to use all four DIMM sockets. Is that right?

So best memory configuration for me would be...? TWINX2048-3500LLPRO?

Thanks
