Digital Sandbox Posted December 19, 2005 Share Posted December 19, 2005 I purchased 9 512 MB 200-pin DDR SO-DIMM laptop RAM modules back in early November. We've been using them around the office to upgrade machines as needed. One of the modules does not work. We've tried it in two machines-- an IBM Thinkpad T41 and a Dell Latitude D600 would not recognize it. Another stick of the same model works fine in both those machines with no poking or prodding. Please provide the needed information so we can get a replacement. We purchased from TigerDirect.com, and we are outside their 30 day return/replace period.
