Im looking a getting the Asustek A8N-E S939 nForce4 Ultra ATX board (which as far as im aware is a single channel board) and stickin in the Corsair Memory TWINX2048 - 3200C2PT XMS3200 2x1GB 2x184DIMM CAS2. Wired Posted December 18, 2005 Share Posted December 18, 2005 There is no such thing as Dual Channel memory, as this is a property of the memory controller in how it handles memory. This is why you can place memory in different slot configurations on a motherboard and it will register as single or dual channel. All Socket 939 CPUs have memory controllers that can run memory in dual channel mode when the proper slots are used (check the manual). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
