jetsfan1457
I put together a computer, and ordered the Corsair XMS with two 512 mb sticks. One of the pieces failed. I tried it on multiple computers, and it will not work.
Wired
What is the exact part # and revision # of each stick? Is it a TwinX pack? How To Read the Memory Label How is it not working? What BIOS memory settings did you set up?
jetsfan1457
XMS3202v5.2 It's a matched pair of 512's. CMX512-3200C2 Lot code: 0538112-0 What happened was that in the middle of a game, my computer shut-down. When I tried to turn it on, as it was about to load Windows, it would automatically restart. I couldn't load it. So I checked the RAM in a different computer. One module works, the other gives me the same problem of it constantly restarting. RDELDONNO
I have the same issue as jetsfan1457. I have a matched pair of TwinX (CMX512-3200C2PRO) and one of the modules has freaked out. I've tested it on different systems and the problem is easy to reproduce. Can I get my modules replaced as well? I've only had them 1 year...
