jhoran
I bought a Corsair Flash Voyager 1GB on 16 May 2005 from Komplett.ie, who is listed as an authorised reseller. Just this week I've been having problems with my Flash Voyager. It recurrs on 5 PCs on which I've used my Flash Voyager in the past. Basically, the problem occurs when I plug the card in the USB port. Theres difficulty with the card being recognised. Occasionally the card is correctly recognised as a "Corsair Flash Voyager" but when I try to open it in Explorer I am told "The disk in drive E: is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?" Occasionally the drive is incorrectly as a Prolific USB drive, but it still won't open. I have managed to correctly access the drive and write to it once since this the trouble began. Occasionally I can view the contents of the drive but can not read any of the files. Formatting the drive with the Flash Voyager Utility did not rectify the problem. As my reseller is here in Ireland I'd appreciate your advice on the best course of action for getting it replaced. Regards, Jason
