jaythebull
I have a 1GB Voyager that when plugged in to my Dell 4200 with XP Home all the USB ports die and nothing connected to them will work. A reboot corrects the problem and everything comes back up. Any ideas?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 16, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 16, 2005 We can try replacing the drive for you, but I would suspect a power problem with your system may be developing. Can you test the drive in another system?
jaythebull
Works great in another system. Maybe a powered USB hub would solve it?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 17, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 17, 2005 You might check with the system builder and or MB maker and see if there is a bios update that might solve that. If not I would maybe try replacing the PSU.
