mjburnham
Hi, I have been having some intermittent application and system performance issues lately and someone suggested I run memtest86 to check my memory. I ran the memory tests for 12 hours each (approximately) on each individual module. I have 2 Corsair VS512MB266 memory modules; one checked out fine, no errors; however, the other continously generated an error in test 3 at address: 0000b934734, ran for 185.2MB, and was between the good: 20202020, and the bad a0202020, with error bits: 80000000. I need to know the next steps to return the defective memory for replacement? Kindly advise, thank you. Michael J. Burnham
