xrdirthead
HI, I have a pair of TWINX CMX512-3200LLPT that had been running fine. Now one stick won't let me boot with it in either with the other stick or alone. I did try the stick in another one of my PC's and had the same problem. Thanks, Ed Kenney
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 15, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 15, 2005 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have (Cass 2-3-2-6 with the Rass to Cass set to "3"), and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 17, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 17, 2005 If one is failing then yes, but if you are getting errors with both that might suggest some other problem.
xrdirthead
If one is failing then yes, but if you are getting errors with both that might suggest some other problem. I tested each module by itself and had only one fail.
