I have the following setting(Twinx1024-3200c2pt): 2,3,3,6 1T at 2.70V Dimm and 1.6V AGP on AMD 3500+ Venice core with MSI K8N 2 Neo Platinum with the latest bios update. I experienced a lot of crashs and reports error from various games, would like to know if my setting are good or if modification are to be made to insure stability. thank you. nb: If i let at the default settings who's 3,3,3,8 2T everything work fine. Jabberwok Posted December 15, 2005 Share Posted December 15, 2005 IIRC those C2's are cas2 for Intel & cas2.5 for AMD. And since cas3 works fine can you select cas2.5 in your BIOS? I just completed a test at 2/3/3/8 1T and got errors at the test #7 returning to 2.5/3/3/8 parameters. 2.8 vdimm isn't to high for that type of memory? Tried that to no avail, it's seems that the only options for stable performance is 2.5/3/3/6 2T 2.7x Vdimm or 3/3/3/8 2T at the same Vdimm could it be the motherboard or my graphic card that cause the trouble? Since i was owning the memory for only 3 month , he is returning the memories under warranty via is local supplier, and he is the one who would return it to you.(Corsair) Again thanks for your help and for the others... it's nice to see people giving their time to help the others.
