BobJ
I have just built a new system and chose TwinX 2048-3200C2PT memory 2-3-3-6 to make the most of the system. Both my MB and CPUZ detect the SPD as 200MHz 3-3-3-8 even though CPUZ detects each stick as CMX1024-3200C2. I know I can over-ride these settings (any suggestions on OC settings) but is the SPD reading wrong or are my stick wrong? Many thanks

Many thanks To answer your question: The XMS 3200C2 series modules all use JEDEC-standard SPDs programmed with JEDEC-reference timings for DDR400/333/266. Moreover, the only JEDEC-standard CAS timing for DDR400 is CAS 3.
Wired
Set them like so: CAS Latency (tCL): 2 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3 Row Precharge (tRP): 3 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6 Memory Voltage: 2.75 Volts All other settings to defaults. BobJ
Many thanks for the prompt replies guys, much appreciated. I’ll set them at 2-3-3-6 manually and be happy.
