CWH
I've had ValueSelect Memory running in my system for several months since upgrading my CPU to 166Mhz core frequency. In running memtest86, I consistently get an error at memory address 0000813677c, which helps me understand why Windows XP goes to blue screen periodically. I have tried various memory settings in Bios, and currently am running the memory synchronously with the CPU at 166 Mhz, a conservative 3-3-3-8 memory setting, and 2.8v to try to get my system to run as stable as possible. I get errors in other memory locations at 2.7v. Any suggestions as to the fix for my problem?

CWH
Completed 36 hours of Mem86 testing. 31 errors over multiple passes. All 31 errors are memory test #6 errors of the same bit order in memory location: 0000813677c. Looking for directions to RMA the memory in channel 1. CWH
I set my Bios settings to the requested values above. Ran a series of tests using memtest+. With RAM stick A in slot 2 by itself, ran clean for nearly 15 hours until I stopped test. With RAM stick A in slot 3 by itself, ran clean. With RAM stick B in slot 3, produced numerous errors at location 0000409b3bc over a space of 13 hours. With RAM stick B in slot 2, produced errors at location 0000409b3bc. With RAM stick A in slot 3 and RAM stick B in slot 1, produced errors at location 0000813673c. All errors are with the same bits (20000000) in the bad 32 bit storage cell on RAM stick B. Please advise.
