Broken_XMS
I recently purchased 1GB (2x512MB) of XMS memory for my laptop and I've been experiencing crashes while running some programs. I ran memtest 86 and experience thousands of errors in tests 5/6. I decided to pull one stick and the programs ran without fail. When I swapped out for the other stick the programs would once again crash. I purchased the ram from Newegg.com, but it appears they no longer have it in stock, hence my post here. Please advise. Also - Do you make this LL ram in 1GB sticks? Regards, Gavin Schill
Wired
LLs aren't made anymore. Your post conflicts with your profile. Do you have PC3000, or PC3200 memory?
Broken_XMS
Sorry, this happened before too. I have corsair ram in 4 of my computers, hence the confusion. In this case it is in an MSI 1013 laptop (ML-37, 5400.2 Momentus, 2x512 CMXSD512-3200LL). As I stated, only one stick gives me errors/crashes. As for your comment, are you saying that I will not be able to have this replaced or simply that there is no 1GB stick of this type available?
